Allison Gambone, started as Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Landmark (the first Keller Williams Realty office opened in New York City), has been an integral part of the office’s tremendous success.  In fact she has been ranked #1 in recruiting for 2008 and 2009 in the company among all Keller Williams Team Leaders across the country.  She received the “Black Belt” Team Leader Recruiting Award from Keller Williams Realty for three years in a row having recruited over 100 agents a year. 

  REALTOR® Magazine features 30 rising young stars in the real estate industry, and every year hundreds of real estate practitioners apply to be one of the 30 honorees. Allison was honored and recognized on a national level in REALTOR® Magazines well known annual article “30 Under 30”released to the public in the June 2009 issue.

  Allison has combined her experience in Queens real estate with outstanding leadership skills, she has helped build the Queens market center to over 250 agents and has ranked #1 in all of Queens for closed sales volume for the majority of her tenure.

She is responsible for recruiting, training and agent career development.  Allison is committed to making sure every agent feels a part of our Keller Williams’s culture and family.

In 2019 she has taken her talents to the Massapequa office where she has already made an immediate impact, quickly growing to over 100 agents. The best is yet to come!
